Geraldine Katherine Glover

Geraldine Katherine Glover, 75, formerly of Pomeroy Avenue and Sugar Hill, died Tuesday at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield, Oct. 16, 1931, daughter of Edward F. and Mary Higgins Sullivan, she was a graduate of St. Joseph's Central High School.
A civil service employee, Mrs. Glover was employed as a switchboard operator, and most recently worked as a receptionist for the Dalton Council of Aging.
She was a communicant of St. Agnes' Church, and enjoyed crocheting, needlepoint and cross-stitching.
Her former husband, Troy Glover, died Nov. 2006.
Mrs. Glover leaves two sons, Troy Glover Jr. of El Paso, Texas, and James Glover of Greenville, Texas; two daughters, Theresa Radke of Las Cruces, N.M., and Agnes Bailey of Denton, Texas; three sisters, Agnes Dillon of Port Orange, Fla., and Margaret Court and Alice Monahan, both of Pittsfield; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Geraldine Katherine Glover, who died Tuesday, July 24, 2007, will be Friday at 2 p.m. at DERY FUNERAL HOME in Pittsfield, with the Rev. Christopher A. Malatesta, Pastor of St. Agnes' Church, officiating.
Calling hours will precede the service beginning at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Glover may be made to the Dalton Council on Aging in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield.
Mrs. Glover was predeceased by a son, Timothy Glover, who died in 1960; a daughter, Betty Nagy, who died in 1977; and two sisters, Mary Ellen Sullivan and Katherine Whipple.
