Charlotte J. Shepardson, 90, of 45 Main St., died Sunday at Berkshire Medical Center following a short illness.
Born in Pittsfield on April 1, 1916, daughter of Frederick C. and Lottie S. Brock Jahn, she graduated from Lee High School.
Mrs. Shepardson worked as a receptionist at Stevenson & Company Inc. for many years until her retirement.
She was active in Grace Church Crafters Group, and in the 1950s was active in the 4-H Club.
Her husband, Milton R. Shepardson, whom she married on Oct. 22, 1938, predeceased her in February 1995.
She leaves two daughters, Leah S. Flake of Portland, Ore., and Susan J. Shepardson of Natick; a son, David C. Shepardson of Disney, Okla.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A daughter, Diana S. Fugman, predeceased her in October 1995.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Graveside services for Charlotte Jahn Shepardson, who died Sunday, March 18, 2007, will be held in the spring in Ashuelot Cemetery at a date and time to be announced.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to HospiceCare in the Berkshires, the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association, in care of BARTLETT-WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME, 525 Main St., Dalton, MA 01226.
