Connor Rhys Phelps, infant son of Daniel E. Phelps and Jessica L. Case of 48 Elizabeth St., died at birth on Thursday at Berkshire Medical Center.
Besides his mother and his father, he leaves his paternal grandparents, Jason Phelps of Springfield and Penny Voisinne of Fruitland Park, Fla., and his maternal grandparents, James Kilminster of Pittsfield and Laurie Brown of Pittsfield.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Baby boy Connor Rhys Phelps died Thursday, Aug. 3, 2006, at birth. Following cremation, a private memorial service will be held on Mount Greylock.
There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Connor may be made to The Christian Center Campership Program in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
