Gladys Mae Frank, 84, of Epworth Arms died yesterday at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in East Thetford, Vt., on May 23, 1921, daughter of Roger and Lillian Hart Westover, she was a 1938 graduate of Pittsfield High School.
A waitress, Mrs. Frank worked at the Springs and Coach Lite restaurants.
She was a member of senior citizens' groups in Pittsfield and in Stephentown, N.Y.
Her husband, James Frank, died in 1983.
She leaves a daughter, Audrey Gilbert of East Nassau, N.Y.; four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Another daughter, Cynthia J. Masefield, died in 1963, and a son, Richard J. Masefield, died in January.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Gladys Mae Frank, who died Tuesday, April 18, 2006, leaves her grandchildren, Cynthia Taikowski, Kim Taylor, Richard "R.J." Masefield and Adam Masefield.
She was predeceased by a brother, Wilbur Westover. The funeral for Mrs. Frank will be conducted tomorrow, April 20, at 10 at DERY FUNERAL HOME by the Rev. Peter A. Gregory, pastor of St. Charles' Church.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be tonight from 5 to 7. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Berkshire Humane Society in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
