Retired Army Major H. Lee Waldron

Retired Army Major H. Lee Waldron, 63, of Quail Way, East Nassau, N.Y., died Thursday at home after a long illness.
He was employed by Paul Rich & Sons furniture company in Pittsfield.
Born in Wilkinsburg, Pa., on Dec. 7, 1942, son of Hudson and Fay Steele Waldron, he attended schools there and was a 1964 graduate of Westminster College.
He received a master of business administration from Boston College in 1979.
An Army veteran, he served at the Watervliet Arsenal, retiring in 1986 with 20 years of service.
For the past 12 years, Mr. Waldron had worked at the furniture store as an interior decorator and salesclerk.
He was a member and elder of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Albany, N.Y.
His wife is the former Jean Kyle.
Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Damon Lee Waldron of Denver; a daughter, Daryl Jean Hanson of Noblesville, Ind.; a sister, Elizabeth Waldron of Pittsburgh, and a brother, Ellis Waldron of Greensburg, Pa.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- A Memorial Service for H. Lee Waldron, who died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2005, will be conducted Thursday at 1 at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
