Judith Ann Lawrence, 64, formerly of 10 Union Court, died Tuesday morning at Hillcrest Commons, where she had resided this past year.
Born in Pittsfield on June 28, 1941, daughter of Edwin A. and Shirley J. Seelig Rodda, she was a 1959 graduate of Pittsfield High School.
Primarily a homemaker, Mrs. Lawrence was employed as a nurse's aide at St. Peter's Hospital in Hartford, Conn., for two years.
She was a member of the Salvation Army.
She enjoyed crocheting.
She leaves a son, Robert H. Lawrence of Oneonta, N.Y.; two daughters, Betty A. Lawrence and Janene M. Lawrence, both of Pittsfield, and three grandchildren.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Judith Ann Rodda Lawrence, who died Tuesday, July 12, 2005, will be at 11 at the DERY FUNERAL HOME with Captain Scott D. Peabody of the Salvation Army officiating.
Burial will be in Pittsfield Cemetery at a later date. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford St.
She leaves her three grandchildren, Tosha Watkins, Toni Lawrence and Taylor Perkins. She was predeceased by a sister, Betty J. Rudin of Ocala, Fla., who died Oct. 30, 2004.
