Robert M. Bunnell, 20, of 135 Brown St., died unexpectedly at home on Friday.
Born in Pittsfield, July 11, 1984, son of Robert Bunnell of Pittsfield and Donna Daly Bunnell Wilbur of Lanesborough, he attended Pittsfield High School.
A laborer, he worked in the construction, landscaping and painting fields.
He played high school basketball. He was an amateur bodybuilder, baseball player, soccer player and he loved music.
Besides his parents, he leaves a sister, Heather Bunnell of Pittsfield; a brother, Kyle Wilbur of Lanesborough; paternal grandparents Charles and Silvia Shea Bunnell of Pittsfield; a maternal grandmother, Sally Kowalski Daly of Pittsfield, and a stepfather, Jeff Wilbur of Lanesborough.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Robert M. Bunnell, 20, who died June 17, 2005, will be held Tuesday, June 21, at 9:15 a.m. from DERY FUNERAL HOME, in Pittsfield, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Agnes Church in Dalton, at 10 a.m., celebrated by the Rev. Christopher Malatesta, pastor.
Committal services will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be at the funeral home in Pittsfield on Monday, June 20, from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Big Brothers and Big Sisters in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford St., 01201.
Robert will be lovingly missed by many, including his cousins, Alex and Adam Sacchetti, Samantha and Katie Bunnell, Michelle, Sara and Matt Marinaro, Brittany Daly and Michael Welspeak.
