Ann-Marie LeBlanc, 48, of 203 Connecticut Ave. died Thursday at Mount Greylock Extended Care Facility.
Born in Pittsfield on Aug. 11, 1956, daughter of Francis LeBlanc and the late Virginia Kasuba LeBlanc, she was a 1974 graduate of Taconic High School.
She also attended Boston University and Berkshire Community College.
Miss LeBlanc was employed as a bookkeeper at the Pittsfield Cooperative Bank and later at O'Connell Oil Co.
She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church.
She was a past president of the VFW Post 448 Women's Auxiliary and, at the time of her death, was secretary of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 272. She was awarded Elk of the Year in 2003 for her many hours of volunteer service.
She enjoyed all forms of handicrafts, including making Christmas ornaments and tree decorating, and traveling.
Besides her father, of Pittsfield, with whom she made her home, she leaves two brothers, Donald F. LeBlanc of Pittsfield and Robert J. LeBlanc of Leesburg, Va.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- The Celebration of Life for Miss Ann-Marie LeBlanc will begin Friday with calling hours from 4 until 7 at DEVANNY-CONDRON FUNERAL HOME. The funeral will be Saturday at 8:15 from the funeral home, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial celebrated at 9 at St. Joseph's Church by the Rev. Michael Shershanovich, pastor.
Following the Mass, the celebration will continue at VFW Post 448 on Linden Street. In lieu of flowers, if friends desire, memorial donations may be made to HospiceCare in the Berkshires or the Elks Scholarship Fund in care of the funeral home.
