Tanya Rose Ledbetter, 34, of 16 Danforth Ave. died Wednesday at home after undergoing surgery.
Born in Pittsfield on Dec. 9, 1970, daughter of John W. Ledbetter and Donna Hopkins Ledbetter Randolph, she attended Pittsfield Alternative School and graduated from Taconic High School in 1988.
She enjoyed sewing, knitting, arts and crafts, and collecting stuffed animals.
Besides her mother, she leaves her stepfather, Jessie Randolph, both of whom she resided with; three daughters, Shanell Ledbetter and Geneva Bollinger, both of Pittsfield, and Ina Mae Baily of Connecticut; her stepmother, Rose Ledbetter of Pittsfield; four brothers, Rick Reynolds of Crestwell, Ore., John Ledbetter Jr. and James Ledbetter, both of Pittsfield, and Joseph Rauberson of the state of New York; four sisters, Bessie Dumont of Lee, Candi Rousseau of Pownal, Vt., and Connie Brown and Geneva Ledbetter-Maguire, both of Pittsfield; three stepsisters, Theresa Kastner, Nellene Randolph and Cora Lynn Butler, all of Pittsfield, and her fiancé, David Earle.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- A memorial service for Tanya Rose Ledbetter, who died May 25, 2005, will be conducted Tuesday, May 31, at 2 at WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME in Pittsfield by the Rev. Joel S. Huntington, pastor of South Congregational Church.
There will be no calling hours. Following cremation, burial will be in Pittsfield Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Donna Randolph to defray expenses, in care of the funeral home, 220 East St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
Survivors include many nieces and nephews.
