Mark L. Daury, 47, of 388 Peck's Road died Friday at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield on Nov. 26, 1957, son of Raymond E. and Agnes Cameron Daury, he attended Taconic High School and later received his general education diploma.
Mr. Daury was employed as a laborer for 20 years by various area contractors, until leaving work in 1995 because of a back injury.
He was a member of Reigning Love Church.
He enjoyed music, martial arts, drawing and art, and was an accomplished guitarist.
He and his wife, the former Denise L. Williams, were married May 26, 1991.
Besides his wife and parents, of Pittsfield, he leaves a daughter, Amanda M. Daury, at home; two sons, Christian M. Daury and Joshua M. Daury, both at home; two brothers, Raymond Tiffany of Utica, N.Y., and Mitchell L. Daury of Oxford, and three sisters, Marie E. Daury and Laura R. Daury, both of Pittsfield, and Raymona L. Griffin of New Lebanon, N.Y.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Mark L. Daury, 47, of Pittsfield, who died May 27, 2005, will be conducted Wednesday, June 1, at noon at DERY FUNERAL HOME in Pittsfield by the Rev. Phil Thurmond, pastor of Reigning Love Church.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Wednesday morning from 11 to noon. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mark to help defray expenses may be made to the family in care of Reigning Love Church, 235 East St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
