Mary Jane White, 57, of 14 Crane Ave. died Friday evening at UMass Medical Center in Worcester.
Born in Pittsfield on Dec. 21, 1946, the daughter of Fred and Blanche Mason Demary, she was a 1964 graduate of Wahconah Regional High School.
Mrs. White was employed as a customer service representative for Banknorth, formerly First Agricultural Bank, for 34 years, retiring in May.
She was a member of First Congregational Church.
She enjoyed bowling, making crafts and traveling.
She and her husband, Hubert T. White, celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary May 22.
Besides her husband, she leaves two daughters, Carolyn Hambro and Pamela Armstrong, both of Dalton; a sister, Beverly Benoit of Dalton; two brothers, Roger Demary of Lenox and John Demary of Dalton, and two granddaughters.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Mary Jane White will be conducted Thursday, Dec. 2, at 11 at First Congregational Church of Dalton by the Rev. Robert R. Kyte, pastor.
Burial will follow in Ashuelot Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4 to 7 at BARTLETT-WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME. Among survivors are her son-in-law, David Hambro, and two granddaughters, Rachel and Corrine Hambro, all of Dalton.
Memorial donations may be made to the Dalton Ambulance Fund in care of the funeral home, 525 Main St., Dalton, MA 01226.
