Elizabeth T. Puia Charow Salzarulo

Elizabeth T. Puia Charow Salzarulo, 90, of 267 Highland Ave. died yesterday at Springside of Pittsfield, where she had resided since August.
Born in Pittsfield on Dec. 3, 1913, daughter of William and Mary Farrell Connell, she was a graduate of St. Joseph's High School.
Primarily a homemaker, Mrs. Salzarulo had been employed by the former Eaton Paper Co. for more than 10 years.
She was a communicant of St. Mark's Church.
Her first husband, Joseph A. Puia, and her second husband, John Charow, are both deceased.
Her husband, Gerald F. Salzarulo, whom she married Feb. 16, 1989, died Dec. 29, 1999.
She leaves a daughter, Carol A. Falkowski of New Boston, N.H.; a sister Mae Honiker of Pittsfield, eight grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. Her son, Joseph T. Puia, died Dec. 13, 1999.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- A graveside service for Elizabeth T. Salzarulo, who died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2004, will be private and at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St. Mrs. Salzarulo is remembered as a kind and loving person who very much loved her family.
She also leaves her daughter-in-law, JoAnn M. Puia, her son-in-law, Donald R. Falkowski, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Frances Fawlkes.
