Eglyn "Elaine" Marie Ciccarelli, 91, formerly of 47 Pittsfield Ave., died Wednesday at Berkshire Medical Center.
She had been a resident of Hillcrest Commons.
Born in St. David, Maine, on Jan. 20, 1913, daughter of Vital and Madeline Cyr Beaulieu, she attended schools in Maine.
Primarily a homemaker, Mrs. Ciccarelli worked at GE during the 1940s and as a cashier at the former Capitol Theater during the 1950s.
She was a communicant of Notre Dame Church and a member of the former French Club.
She enjoyed sewing and movies. In her younger years, she also enjoyed fine dining.
Her husband, Rudolph M. Ciccarelli, whom she married Sept. 4, 1937, died March 16, 1999.
She leaves a son, Russell R. Ciccarelli of Pittsfield; two brothers, Albert Beaulieu of St. David, and Wilfred Beaulieu of Pittsfield, and a sister, Rita Coppola of the state of Florida.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Eglyn Marie Ciccarelli, who died Wednesday, Nov. 3, will be Monday, Nov. 8, at 8:15 from the DERY FUNERAL HOME with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9 at St. Joseph's Church, celebrated by the Rev. Michael A. Shershanovich, pastor. There will be no calling hours.
Following cremation, burial services will be Tuesday, Nov. 9, at 3 in St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Church in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford St. She was predeceased by a brother, Jerry Beaulieu, and a sister, Mattie Cyr.
She leaves many nieces and nephews.
