Priscilla Ethredge

Priscilla Ethredge, 61, of 6 Main St., died yesterday at home.
Born in Pittsfield on July 11, 1943, daughter of Stella Borkowski Spence of Pittsfield and the late Edward Spence, she was a 1961 graduate of St. Joseph's High School and received an associate's degree in liberal arts in 1963 and an associate's degree in computer science in 1983, both from Berkshire Community College.
At the time of her death, Mrs. Ethredge was employed as the member services coordinator at the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, a position she had held for several years.
She had previously worked in the quality assurance department at Mead Specialty Papers in Lee.
Besides her mother, she leaves two daughters, Christine F. Ethredge of Troy, N.Y. and Angela E. Evans of Watervliet, N.Y.; a son, David B. Ethredge of Osaka, Japan; a brother, Edward J. Spence III of Lenox and a sister, Maureen C. Bryan of Hemet, Calif.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Relatives and friends of Priscilla Spence Ethredge, who died Aug. 16, 2004, are invited to attend a celebration of her life Thursday, Aug. 19, from 4 to 7 at the Polish Community Club on Linden Street in Pittsfield.
There will be no calling hours and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Mrs. Ethredge is also survived by her four nephews, Christopher Plantier, Keith Bryan, and Jamie and Jonathan Spence.
In lieu of flowers those who wish may make donations in her memory to the American Heart Association in care of ROCHE FUNERAL HOME, 120 Main Street, Lenox 01240, which is in charge of arrangements.
