Helen E. List, 92, died Friday at Sweet Brook Care Centers in Williamstown, where she had resided since January.
She had moved to Pittsfield from New Jersey in 2000.
Born in Jersey City, N.J., on Jan. 18, 1912, daughter of Arthur and Henrietta Albrecht Eyerman, she graduated from schools there and from a secretarial school in Manhattan, N.Y.
She was a longtime resident of Fort Lee, N.J.
Mrs. List had been employed as an executive secretary for Imex Corp., retiring in 1977.
She was a volunteer for the American Cancer Society.
She enjoyed traveling, singing and reading.
She leaves her grandniece and caregiver, Nancy Joubert of Lanesboro.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Helen E. Eyerman List, who died June 18, 2004, will be conducted Tuesday, June 22, at 1 at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-BENCIVENGA FUNERAL HOME, 5 Elm St., with the Rev. Joel Huntington, pastor of South Congregational Church. Cremation will follow.
Calling hours will be Tuesday from noon until the time of the service at the funeral home. She leaves two nieces, Carole Schupp of Apache Junction, Ariz., and Diane Newlander of New Windsor, N.Y.; three grandnieces, Nancy Joubert of Lanesboro, Tracy Severns of Great Meadows, N.J., and Valerie Brewer of Barre, and two grandnephews, James Wurster of Oak Ridge, N.J., and Christopher Grimyser of Cedar Grove, N.J.
