Elizabeth A. Houghtling, 92, died Friday at Craneville Place.
Born in New Lebanon, N.Y., on Aug. 25, 1911, daughter of Alexander H. and Gracia A. Hassan Williams, she was educated there.
She had formerly resided on Third Avenue in Lansingburgh, N.Y.
Mrs. Houghtling was employed by Emma Willard School in Troy, N.Y., as supervisor of the laundry department for more than 49 years, retiring in 1991.
Her husband, Spencer Houghtling, is deceased.
She leaves her caregiver, Trudy Dingman of Pittsfield, and several nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Elizabeth Houghtling, who died April 30, 2004, will be Wednesday at 1 at Garfield Cemetery in Garfield. There will be no public calling hours.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Lottie Brown, Bessie Face, Joseph Williams, Clarence Delbert Williams, James Emerson Williams, Hamilton Williams, Cora Hughes and Emma Williams. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to LARKIN FUNERAL HOME, 8 Beach Lane, Averill Park, N.Y.
