Aaron Orlando King

Aaron Orlando King, 31, of 76 Bossidy Drive died Tuesday at the University of Massachusetts Health Alliance Hospital in Leominster after suffering an apparent heart attack.

Born in Pittsfield on Aug. 26, 1972, son of T. Isca Mack King of Lexington, Va., and the late Lonnie W. King, he graduated in 1990 from Pittsfield High School.

Mr. King had been employed as a cook at Kentucky Fried Chicken for 10 years.

He enjoyed motorcycles and cooking, and had played Little League baseball.

Besides his mother, he leaves a daughter, Shantel A. Reynolds-King of Pittsfield; two sisters, Anissa L. King of Pittsfield and Terri A. Mack of Lexington ; his paternal grandmother, Myrtle M. Bannister King of Pittsfield, and his maternal grandmother, Thessalonia Lee Mack of Lexington.

FUNERAL NOTICE -- The funeral for Aaron O. King, 31, who died March 16, 2004, will be conducted Wednesday at 2 at DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., by the Rev. William D. Furey, pastor of the Berkshire Union Chapel.

Burial will follow in Pittsfield Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Tuesday from 4 to 7. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family through the funeral home.

Aaron is lovingly survived by Kelsie Reynolds; three aunts, Joyce E. Stores, Deneice King and Mary King; five uncles, Tyson, Laurence and Larry King, William Mack III and Marshall Stores; and special cousin, Marshall Stores III.

He is also survived by a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his grandfathers, William Mack Jr. and Lloyd L. King.
