Adrienne Seguin, 94, a former resident, died yesterday morning at Craneville Place in Dalton, where she had resided for nine years.
Born in Macaza, Canada, on June 17, 1909, daughter of Alexander and Alice Boucher Dubois, she attended schools in Canada and came to the United States at age 20.
She was a homemaker.
She was a communicant of Notre Dame Church and a member of its St. Anne's Guild and Society of St. John the Baptist.
Her husband, Clothaire Seguin, whom she married July 9, 1929, died May 6, 1969.
She leaves a brother, Claude Dubois of Canada, and two sisters, Lorete Charrette of Canada and Etiennette Seguin of Lantana, Fla. A son, Claude Rene "Sonny" Seguin, died July 16, 2002.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services for Adrienne Seguin, who died Nov. 6, and her son, Claude R. Seguin, who died July 16, 2002, will be held Saturday, Nov. 8, at 8:15 from the DERY FUNERAL HOME with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9 at Notre Dame Church, celebrated by the Rev. Kishe V. Max, parochial vicar.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be today, Friday, from 7 to 9 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Notre Dame Church or to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford St.
