Paul A. Eppoliti, 40, of 176 Columbus Ave. died Wednesday at Berkshire Medical Center from complications of diabetes.
Born in Pittsfield on Sept. 8, 1963, son of Thomas G. Eppoliti of Pittsfield and Ann Hersey Rossman of Austerlitz, N.Y., he attended Wahconah Regional High School and graduated from high school in the state of Washington.
He moved to Virginia, where he worked as a short-order cook and a union painter. He returned to Pittsfield four years ago.
He was an artist and enjoyed cooking.
Besides his parents, he leaves a daughter, Natasha Eppoliti; a brother, Christopher Rossman of Gloucester, Va.; his maternal grandmother, Beatrice Hersey of Pittsfield, and a grandson.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- There will be no calling hours or funeral service for Paul Eppoliti. He leaves a beloved cat, Pixie. If friends desire, donations are suggested to the BMC Friends of Renal Dialysis in care of the WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME, 220 East St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
