Lena Agnes Testa, 86, of 58 Salisbury Court, died Wednesday at Mount Greylock Extended Care Facility, where she had resided since August 2000.
Born in Pittsfield on March 23, 1917, daughter of Angelo and Giovanna Casali Testa, she was a graduate of Pittsfield High School.
A medical secretary, she worked for Dr. Garvey Adeson and Dr. S. Peter Nikitas.
Prior to then, she worked in the medical records office of the former House of Mercy.
She was a communicant of Mount Carmel Church.
She leaves two sisters, Angelina Testa of Pittsfield and Josephine Testa of New York City.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Private services for Lena Agnes Testa, who died Wednesday, June 18, will be held at the convenience of the family, and burial will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Miss Testa may be made to HospiceCare in the Berkshires or to the charity of one’s choice in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield.
