Robert A. Vincent, 60, formerly of Lake Onota Village on Valentine Road, died Monday at Springside of Pittsfield.
Born in Pittsfield on March 30, 1942, son of Walter W. and Elizabeth H. Kelly Vincent, he was educated in local schools and was a 1960 graduate of the former Dalton High School.
He had worked in the family roofing and siding business with his father for several years. Later, he was employed by Mead Paper Co. in South Lee. He enjoyed fishing. He leaves a sister, Judith A. Casey of Hinsdale.
FUNERAL NOTICE -- Robert A. Vincent, 60, died Sept. 9, 2002. He also is survived by two nieces, Wendy A. Casey and Audrey J. Herrick; three greatnieces and two greatnephews.
Private funeral services will be Wednesday at DEVANNY-CONDRON FUNERAL HOME. The family invites friends to a Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Patrick's Church, Hinsdale, on Wednesday at 9:30 with the Rev. R. Joseph LeVay, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Hinsdale. In lieu of flowers, if friends desire, memorial donations may be made to the Hinsdale Volunteer Fire Department in care of the funeral home.
