Anthony Pacholec

Anthony S. Pacholec, 75, of 54 Stoneybrook Drive, Millis, formerly of Pittsfield, died Friday at Metro West Medical Center in Framingham.
Born in Holyoke on May 8, 1927, son of Stanley and Elizabeth Sikora Pacholec, he was a graduate of Holyoke High School.
He was a World War II Army veteran.
Mr. Pacholec was employed by GE in Holyoke and Pittsfield, retiring in 1987.
He was a communicant of Mater Dolorosa Church in Holyoke and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Pittsfield and the Berkshire County Sheriff's Association.
He leaves two sons, Anthony J. Pacholec of Medway and Michael Pacholec of Seattle; a daughter, Karen Serpe of Carmel, N.Y.; a brother, Steve Pacholec of Holyoke; two sisters, Joan Larivee and Julie Haluck, both of Holyoke, and eight grandchildren.
The funeral will be Tuesday, July 9, at 8:15 a.m. from CZELUSNIAK FUNERAL HOME, Holyoke, with a Mass at 9 at Mater Dolorosa Church. Burial will be in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery in South Hadley. Calling hours will be tomorrow, Monday, from 4 to 7. Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
