Florence L. Voss, 83, of 170 Appleton Ave. died Sunday at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Shoreham, Vt., on Oct. 26, 1918, daughter of Henry R. and Emma L. Mohrmann Voss, she graduated from high school in Brooklyn, N.Y.
At the age of 24, Miss Voss was involved in an automobile accident that left her disabled for life.
She was a member of South Congregational Church.
She leaves a sister, Elizabeth Voss, with whom she resided.
The funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 2:30 at WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME in Pittsfield by the Rev. Joel F. Huntington, pastor of South Congregational Church. Burial will follow in Pittsfield Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Wednesday from 1:30 to 2:30. The omission of flowers is requested. If friends desire, donations are suggested to South Congregational Church in care of the funeral home, 220 East St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
