Bruce E. Coe, 52, of Lutz, Fla., formerly of Pittsfield, died April 24 at home.
Born May 6, 1949, in Pittsfield, son of Vera C. Bemis Coe of Pitts-field and the late George E. Coe, he graduated from Wahconah Regional High School in Dalton. He moved to Florida in October 1982.
Mr. Coe served in the Army National Guard.
He was employed by General Electric for 10 years. At the time of his death, he had been employed by Express Metal Co. in Tampa, Fla., for 19 years.
He enjoyed collecting antiques and visiting flea markets.
Besides his mother, he leaves two sons, Timothy and Jeffery Coe, both of Pittsfield; five brothers, Gerald, Robert, Kenneth and Donald Coe, all of Pittsfield, and William Coe of Lodi, Calif.; four sisters, Evelyn Blefari of Los Gatos, Calif., Vera Mount of Paducah, Ky., Beverly Bean of Lake Wales, Fla., and Margaret Sadlow of Savoy, and two grandchildren. Mr. Coe was predeceased by a brother, Eugene Coe, in 1978.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, Western Mass. Region, 1111 Elm St., West Springfield, MA 01089.
