Ronald Greenleaf

Ronald L. Greenleaf Sr., 68, of 360 Onota St. died Saturday evening at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield on April 29, 1933, son of Louis A. and Cora Blake Greenleaf, he attended local schools.
He served in the Marines during the Korean War. .
Mr. Greenleaf was employed as superintendent of Camp Mah-Kee-Nac for 27 years, retiring in 1997.
He was a member of the Dalton Antique Engine Club.
He and his wife, the former Mildred LaFrance, were married Oct. 24, 1953.
Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Ronald L. Greenleaf Jr. of Becket and Steven A. Greenleaf of Pittsfield; four brothers, Louis R. Greenleaf of Garland, Texas, and Charles J. Greenleaf, Norman L. Greenleaf and Paul J. Greenleaf, all of Pittsfield; four sisters, Mary Jamula of Lanesboro, Evelyn Miller of Pittsfield, Patricia Greenleaf of Dalton and Joyce Greenleaf of Savoy, and two grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Gene R. Greenleaf.
The funeral will be private. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Make-a-Wish Foundation in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
