Cecelia D. Dondi, 102, of Buena Park, Calif., formerly of Pittsfield, died April 14 at home.
Born June 1, 1899, in Curigula, Italy, daughter of Constantine and Rosa Rossi Dellea, she attended schools in Flatbrook, N.Y.
She was the wife of John Dondi whom she married Jan. 7, 1922. He died in April 1979. Mr. Dondi was co-owner of the former Lido Restaurant on North Street. She and her husband moved to Buena Park from Pittsfield in the 1950s.
She leaves a daughter, Irene Dondi Middlebrook of Sacramento, Calif., and two granddaughters. She was predeceased by her son-in-law, T. Richard Middlebrook.
Interment is in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Cypress, Calif. A graveside memorial service will be held on her 103rd birthday, June 1, 2002. Any remembrances may be made to a charity of one's choice.
