Dorothy B. Pytko, 73, of 94 East Acres Road died yesterday at home.
Born in Pittsfield on Oct. 18, 1928, daughter of Joseph and Maria Lavazza Giordano, she was a 1946 graduate of the secretarial program at Pittsfield High School.
She was a communicant of Holy Family Church and a member of the Holy Family Mothers Guild.
Her husband, Thomas J. Pytko, whom she married Nov. 10, 1962, in All Souls' Church, died July 9, 1984.
She leaves a daughter, Maria T. Craft of Pittsfield; two sons, Thomas C. Pytko of Pittsfield and Andrew J. Pytko of Alexandria, Va.; three sisters, Delphine Manzolini, Elsie Domenichini and Gloria Vittone, all of Pittsfield, and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be tomorrow, Friday, March 22, at 10:15 a.m. from DWYER FUNERAL HOME with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11 in Holy Family Church with the Rev. Christopher J. Waitekus, pastor of St. Ann's Church in Lenox, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours at Dwyer Funeral Home will be today, Thursday, from 4 to 7. If friends desire, memorial donations may be made to HospiceCare in the Berkshires or to the VNA of the Berkshires in care of the funeral home.
