PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Donna M. Rossi, 48, of 24 Stratford Ave. died Thursday evening, Feb. 7, 2002, at home after losing her struggle with leukemia. Born in Westfield on Sept. 17, 1953, daughter of Louis F. and Rita M. Scullary Minafra of Pittsfield, she was a 1971 graduate of St. Joseph's Central High School. She attended the Cooley Dickinson Hospital School of Nursing in Northampton and became accredited as a licensed practical nurse in September 1974 from the Pittsfield Vocational School of Practical Nursing. Mrs. Rossi was first employed as a nurse at the former Berkshire Nursing Home and later by Upjohn Health Services for many years. She was most recently employed as a private-duty nurse for Olsten's Health Care. She enjoyed baking and cooking for her family and friends. Besides her parents, she leaves her husband, Arthur G. Rossi Jr., whom she married Sept. 24, 1983; a son, Timothy M. Bradford of Queens, N.Y., and a granddaughter. FUNERAL NOTICE — The family invites friends to gather at Mrs. Rossi's home, 24 Stratford Ave., on Sunday, Feb. 10, beginning at 2. Devanny-Condron Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Anne Marie Cancer Fund, Box 56, Barre, MA 01005.
