Patricia Monahan

Patricia M. Monahan, 62, of 463 Crane Ave. died Sunday morning at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield on July 30, 1939, daughter of Maurice F. and Elsie Duclos Gero, she moved to North Adams as young girl and attended schools there.
She was employed as dietary aide at BMC and retired in 1995 with 26 years of service.
Mrs. Monahan was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Dalton. She enjoyed traveling, and going to weekend tag sales and antiquing.
Her husband of 25 years, Richard J. Monahan, died March 10, 1997.
She leaves two daughters, KellyJean Delphia and Tamie L. Nicholls, both of Pittsfield; a son, Robert S. Nicholls of Bridgewater; six sisters, Mary E. Bancroft and Judith A. Cahalan, both of Pittsfield, Doris E. Dusenbury of New Lebanon, N.Y., Rosemary Pilot of Lanesboro, Betty L. Moore of Galway Township, N.J. and Beverly J. Norton of Dalton; two grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
Calling hours at DEVANNY-CONDRON FUNERAL HOME will be Monday from 4 to 7, with the funeral service to follow at 7 with Elder David Daunais officiating. Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 10 at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
