Donald C. Williams, 66, of 119 Onota St. died Wednesday at Berkshire Medical Center of cardiac problems.
Born in Pittsfield on June 1, 1935, son of Charles C. and Lillian Prediger Williams, he was a 1952 graduate of Pittsfield High School.
He entered the Navy during the Korean War and served overseas as a yeoman first class on various ships. He was discharged in 1958.
Mr. Williams was employed as a receptionist at Eastover Resort in Lenox for several years.
He was a lifelong member of Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
He leaves a sister, Barbara Williams, with whom he resided. Among survivors are several cousins.
There will be no calling hours. The funeral will be today, Friday, at 2 at WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME, 220 East St., Pittsfield, with the Rev. Peter D. Boehringer officiating. Burial will be in Pittsfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church memorial fund or to the American Heart Association in Mr. Williams' memory.
