Ruth B. Marmorek, 76, of Eastpointe, Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., died yesterday at Jupiter Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield, she had been a resident of Eastpointe for many years, spending summers in Pittsfield.
She was an owner and operator of the J.B. Paper Co. in Pittsfield.
She was a member of the Golf & Racquet Country Club and was an avid bridge player.
She leaves her husband, Robert C. Marmorek; two daughters, Jill Marmorek of Portland, Maine, and Debra Eisenstock of Worcester; a brother, Gerald Binder of Pittsfield, and three sisters, Pearl Rosker of Boynton Beach, Fla., Shirley Taetle of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Jean Binder of Pittsfield.
A funeral service will be held Thursday at 1 at AYCOCK FUNERAL HOME, Jupiter, with Rabbi Philip Aronson, Temple Beth Am, officiating.
